Many virtual waiting rooms for Red Sox Right Field Roof Deck seats

96 “Virtual Waiting Room” windows + a boatload of cash =

Table for four, Right Field Roof Deck, Friday night, September 26, Sox vs. Yankees.

Oh yes. The Folks at SoxNation.net are happy … broke, but happy …

It is too bad most of the premium dates go to ACE leaving the midweek Royals tickets for the fans

This is the reason that no one else can get tickets at face value, because of pricks like you guys who suck up all the tickets and jack up the prices. Assholes.

    Steve:

I’m not sure what you’re talking about; the “you guys” you refer to is actually one guy … me. I am a Sox fan who had to go online just like everyone else to try to get tickets. In fact, for Right Field Roof Deck seats, I had to register through the Red Sox website just to try to win a *chance* to buy tickets. I was lucky enough to get picked in the lottery … which afforded me the privilege of spending an hour online trying to get through via the website and get tickets. I was able to get through via just one of the 96 windows shown in this post, and then had to buy my four tickets at the price set by the Red Sox. I didn’t “suck up all the tickets”; there was a four-ticket limit imposed by the Sox, so that’s all I could buy (and all I would have bought, regardless). My purchasing of the tickets via the team’s official website did nothing to “jack up the prices” anyone else paid, or will pay, for Sox tickets. Thus, I don’t know who the “assholes” are to whom you refer, but I think you might be confused.
